With lesson plans and readings, including activities, maps, and primary sources (e.g., Catechism, Hymns, Confessions, artwork of Cranach and Durer), this year-long uniquely Lutheran course delves into the 1500s to give students an appreciation for the Reformation beyond merely commemorating Oct. 31. Written for middle school, but adaptable for upper elementary or secondary students, Reformation & Renaissance gives Lutheran students (of all ages!) a foundation grounded in Scripture to give thanks to our Lord and Savior for our Lutheran forefathers.
