Today the Supreme Court issued a temporary stay against the OSHA ETS that would require employers of 100+ employees to mandate vaccination: click for fulltext.

The Court also ruled on a related matter, pertaining to healthcare workers, issuing a stay against a lower court ruling that had enjoined the enforcement of a vaccination requirement for healthcare workers: click for fulltext.

In other words, unless and until the Supreme Court takes further action, healthcare workers may still be subject to vaccination requirements, but other workers are no longer subject to the OSHA vaccine mandate.
